2 liters water
1 piece medium cucumber (sliced)
1 piece lemon (sliced)
12 pieces spearmint leaves
1 teaspoon ginger (freshly grated)

Method:
1. Wash ingredients.
2. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and stir thoroughly.
3. Refrigerate as cold water is more refreshing to drink.
4. Drink all the water within a day.

Remember: a pitcher isn’t enough to consume for a day. And the ingredients provided above are good for 2 liters. You may need 3 to 4 liters of this water recipe per day.
