Everytime you feel bad because of some hangover from drinking last night, cold or other illness, then all you have to do is press point onto your wrist.
You may be wondering if this even effectively works. I know that feeling but you can try it without any risks at all.
On the inside of your upper arm, just under your palm on the wrist, press it (but not too hard) with your thumb. This will surely prevent you from vomiting.

You need to find the spot then press this using your finger or your thumb. This stimulation send some signal into your brain then your body makes some neurotransmitters like dopamine, endorphins and serotonin. These neurotransmitters will make changes in your body’s chemistry so you cannot feel nausea and prevent vomiting.

While this applies to you, it’s definitely going to work when you press your kid’s wrists too. For older children, it’s alright to show and teach them how to do this. But make sure they don’t press too hard or it would hurt them.
