Most of us grew up using toothpaste for sure, unless your parents had been opting for some homemade alternative. For those who are looking for a natural recipe, this is the post you need to read.

Is homemade toothpaste better and why?

First of all, commercial toothpastes contain harmful chemicals that won’t only damage teeth and cause dental problems in the long run. They can also provide bad effects to your health. Surprisingly, fluoride is a toxin that must not be swallowed. Sulfates are also an ingredient in toothpaste that is not good. Both must be avoided as much as possible.
