1 to 2 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a pinch of black pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons of raw honey
1/2 cup of coconut milk
a cup of hot water
1. Pour turmeric and ginger in a cup of hot water.
2. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla and honey.
